• Refund Requests and Termination

No refunds are available unless a member/website user qualifies for a refund under any guarantee program we may have in effect. If you renew your subscription, or if your subscription automatically renews under its terms of your subscription, your listing will remain online for the entire subscription period without refund in our sole discretion, any member submits unsuitable material to our Website or into our database, misuses the website or our online system or is in material breach of these terms. We reserve the right to terminate such member’s subscription(s) immediately without refund.

• Search traffic includes all search engines and or all paid traffic, media buys and content network
• On site traffic is known for placement on site when you as an affiliate own your web site and drive traffic to possible properties owners organically
• Email marketing is known for email lists and list management and email newsletters. Back-end can be allowed as Path Traffic only for those offers that have been Pre-Approved for this raffic type. More details on and about the traffic allowed can be found on your account (must be logged in)
• We do not accept nor allow any incentives traffic, this means that you cannot offer any cash rewards or points to consumers for completing an action such as registration or sale
• NO auto surf traffic, NOT false clicks .We also do not allow any other promotional practice that will result in poor quality leads for our properties owners such as iFrames, vcc's, fraud, bhcb, godcpa
• Commissions are paid on paid listing with ZoomTrans vacation rentals by check or via PayPal monthly. Offers are clearly listed. Obey them or you will be banned without warning.
