Just go search for your destination based on our detailed search engine such as locations, map, sleep capacity, rates, etc., and contact the owners directly to make further inquiry and/or reservation arrangements. We recommend contacting multiple places to ensure availability for your holiday rental plan. Each property owner has his / hers own rental policy. Listing owners are responsible for all the information they have provided about their vacations rentals.

Countries: We support worldwide places. We welcome property owners, Bed and Breakfast places and vacation rentals from any given country to be a part of our network. It takes just a few steps to apply.
Currency: We support worldwide currency. All Payments and Prices are in US Dollars. If your bank or credit card statement is based on a different currency, the charges and payments will be automatically converted and displayed in your home country currency on your statement.

Instructions on how to list your property with ZoomTrans.com
- Go to “List your Place” and use the “Quick Registration Form” to create your account.
- Check your email. Click on the link from the email you just received to validate your new account.
- Sign in as Owner.
- Create your profile so you will be contacted when a renter is interested in your property.
- From your “Owner” account, under the “Listings”, click on “Manage listings”.
- If you purchase Credits, you will be directed to “Update package” where you need to select which you are interested in, then click “Update package”. You will see on the upper right of the page your new amount of credits.
- From the left menu, click on “Manage listings” tab then click the green plus sign “Add listings” to list your property.
- Start filling up the your Location, Listing details, General facilities, Indoor facilities, Outdoor facilities, Services, Other activities, then click on “Add listing” tab.
- From the top icons, click on the “Photos” icon, click on the “Select file(s)” tab. A browser of your computer’s files will open. Search for your property pictures (folder), select all your images then click “Upload”.
- If you have a video, click on the “Video” tab then click on the “Switch to uploader”. Browse your computer for the video file or, if you have your video posted on Youtube.com, enter the link code into the “Embed” box. Fill up the “Title” and “Description” of your video then click “Add video” tab.
- Next, from the top icons, click the “Rates” tab to enter your rates. Enter your property title, click on the “End Date” date to select how long your listing is available, input your “Nightly rate”, Currency (Dollars or Euros), and so on. Click on “Add rate” tab to save.
- From your top icons, select “Availability” tab to update your renting days and months then click on “Update availability” to save.
- Click “Paid services” if you want to enhance your listing(s) exposure on the site by purchasing the “Make feature listing” and/or “Make highlight listing” option(s). Click on the “Update paid services” tab to save.

Protect you account information
Never give your password to anyone, including to any ZoomTrans's employees. Protect yourself against fraudulent websites by opening a new browser (e.g. Internet explorer, or Firefox and typing in the browser the ZoomTrans URL every time you log in to your account.
Easy steps to follow, to better protect your account with ZoomTrans.com
- Do Not access your account from a shared computer. Log out after every session.
- Do Not connect to your account using a public network, like the ones you find at a coffee shop or at the airport.
- Do Not use the same password for multiple accounts. Use a strong password with numbers and letters combined.
- Make sure your computer has anti-virus, firewall and anti-spy-ware programs, including security software with an automatic update.
We use many automated tools to alert us of a possible fraud. Our team also monitors the activities of property owners, travelers and affiliates alike, to make sure that there is no suspicious activity.
Important Note: Any member logging in using another user’s name will be suspended and IP banned. No Exceptions!
